When you find yourself standing at a fork in the road, or there is so much going on you just can't make sense of what is happening, then you know that there two things you can do right now to shift that energy.
First, you can meditate. Meditation always provides you the answers that you need when you need them. Sometimes you forget to listen, but the answers are always there for you. The other is to take a more playful approach to all aspects of your life. When you change the way you look at life, life begins to change.
Thought for today: Take a rest, take a vacation, or have a little fun. Consider a more playful approach to life, to complications, and situations you want to change.
